Gull Lake View’s Fairway Villas
Nestled into a densely wooded area
and surrounded by three practice greens overlooking the Gull
Lake View East Course, the Fairway Villas ample space and original
layout offers accommodations for up to 64 foursomes. With two
bedrooms and separate baths, each villa presents the ideal home
away from home for your family or foursome. In addition to golf,
there are plenty of places for shopping and dining on Gull Lake
within easy walking distance.
Each villa features the following:
- Two bedrooms - each with two full beds
- Two bathrooms - adjacent to the bedrooms (hair dryers in
each bathroom)
- Large living room - with couches & cable TV
- Full kitchen (includes basic supplies)
- Balcony or patio
- Air conditioning
- Community Barbeque Area
 
Food
Gull Lake View's East Course grill
is a full-service restaurant that is open daily for breakfast
6:00am -11:00am, lunch is served at 11:00am and dinner starts

menu options. Additionally, we offer Appetizers to Go! Call the
Gull Lake View Restaurant (269) 731-2458 by 1:00 p.m. the day
of to place your appetizer order and we will deliver the appetizers
to your villa refrigerator by 4:00 p.m. the same day. Additional
evening cookouts can be arranged in advance with our Food & Beverage
Managers at any of our facilities.
